Finland Cross Country Ski Team on Super Carb's

| Everyone claims there products are better, why should I believe the research on Super Carb’s?
We will give £10,000 to charity if any other manufacturer can show that their product can improve your performance more than Supercarb's. Not surprisingly we have had no takers.
So really how does it work? The bottleneck for absorbing carbohydrate from sports drinks into the body for use by the muscles is the small intestine. It is not stomach emptying or the drink osmolality. Carbohydrate drinks, containing glucose, glucose polymers, maltodextrin etc can only be absorbed at a rate of approximately 60g per hour. You can imagine this like people leaving a building through doors. There are 2 doors for glucose called glucose transporters. You can only get so many people through per hour. Fortunatly there is a completely seperate transporter (door) for fructose. Supercarbs gives you the exact amount of glucose to saturate the glucose fransporters, then we add the fructose on top. |
And the cost?
It’s less than 47p per 500 ml serving and can give you three times the benefit of a set of £1,000 aero wheels. That’s also 7% cheaper than SIS PSP22. Why is Supercarbs such good value? The really neat thing is that supercarbs uses normal ingredients just arranged in a very, clever way, and like all High5 products we like to offer our customers value for money. Where can I get Supercarbs? Good sports shops, cycle stores, or from the web. If you want to try Supercarbs for FREE you can simply send me a stamped £1 self addressed envelope and I will post you a sample pack of products worth £5.25 absolutely free. Click here. I thought fructose gives you GI problems, stomach cramp, wind etc?
If you take fructose on its own it does, but when it is mixed in the correct ratio with glucose (maltodextrin) it gives rise to fewer GI problems than glucose (maltodextrin) alone. This was demonstrated in all of the published studies to date and the comparison to PSP22. Ok what’s it taste like? |

Rob Friel: test subject
“That drink is rocket fuel. I’ve been riding faster than ever. 7th in my first elite mtb enduro and 5th in my 1st elite road race. No stomach problems either”. |
